Once the chain is cut, it becomes your chain and we are unable to cut it again, please be sure that it is the correct feel for you.
Endlessly Connected Staff will check the chain and the integrity of the weld/s before you leave. Please check the weld yourself as well to be sure you are happy before leaving your appointment.
CHAINS THAT DISCOLOR ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. Due to everyone's personal body chemistry, products used, water with sulphur, lakes oceans and streams can all affect the coloration of the metals. Using a tarnishing cloth will take care of this most of the time.
We are not responsible for any problems arising from chain/charms being ingested or inhaled.
Avoid excessive moisture, chemicals and skin products on the chain.
Gently clean the chain with dawn dish soap and a toothbrush if needed. Professional Cleaning is also available at our boutique/shows.
To remove, cut the jump ring with a scissor or finger nail clipper. DO NOT cut the chain itself.
Free repair in the first 7 days after purchase.
Repairs due to over stretching, yanking, pulling etc will not be covered in the warranty. If this were to happen, we will happily cut down the chain to size and re-weld for you. If you no longer like the way the chain looks we will give a significant discount for you to get a new chain.
Make an appointment/call or text us as soon as a problem arises to have your chain repaired or replaced. We can't help unless we know you are having trouble.

By having your photo taken for your account you give Endlessly Connected the permission to use that photo/video for promotional purposes not limited to social media, printed materials, website etc as well as for your account for warranty purposes.
All welds will have a piece of leather between your skin and the weld site. We are unable to weld without a barrier.
There is a possibility that your chain will become warm in saunas, hot tubs etc. Wrapping the chain in medical tape can help with this if it becomes too warm.
Safety glasses are requited to be worn by all clients wanting to watch the welding process.
